3.WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES Kyaikkhami Shop COLLECT?

3.3 In the event that you register as a service provider of our Platform through a social media account ("Social Media Account"), or link your Kyaikkhami Shop account to your Social Media Account, or use any Kyaikkhami Shop social media features, we may voluntarily access your information that you have provided to your Social Media Account provider under that Service Provider's Service Policy. We will always handle and use your personal data under the conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.
3.4 if you do not wish us to collect the information/personal information mentioned above, please contact us. you may cancel at any time through the platform or by requesting our data protection officer in writing. please note, however, that by canceling the collection of personal data or withdrawing consent to collect it, you may not be able to collect it. using, sharing or processing your personal information with us may affect your use of the services. for example, canceling location-based data collection disables location-based features.

4.1 To access most web platforms and mobile applications Your device will send information which may contain your data, which will be saved by the web's servers when you browse our platform. 6.2 You acknowledge, consent and agree that Kyaikkhami Shop may access, retain and disclose. Information in your account and including "content" in the event of compliance with the law, or in accordance with court orders or orders from any government agency with jurisdiction over Kyaikkhami Shop or in good faith belief that such acts must be done in order to (a) follow any legal procedures, (b) the law. 7.HOW DOES Kyaikkhami Shop PROTECT AND RETAIN CUSTOMER PERSONAL INFORMATION?
7.1 we implement a variety of security measures in our best efforts to ensure that your personal information contained in our systems is secure. user personal information is stored on a secure network and can only be accessed by a limited number of employees. this will be a privileged person to access the system. however, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your personal data.
7.2 we will maintain your personal data in accordance with the personal data protection law and/or other applicable laws. we will destroy or anonymous your personal data as soon as there is a reason to believe that i)the purpose of collecting personal data no longer complies with the preservation of such personal data, and (ii) no longer requires the preservation of such personal data for any purpose, and (iii) no longer have grounds to claim the legitimate interest in the retention of such personal data. if you stop using the platform or your license to the platform and/or your services has been revoked or terminated, you will not be able to use the platform. we may continue to store, use and/or disclose personal data in accordance with our personal data protection laws and obligations under this privacy act under applicable law. we may safely destroy your personal data without prior notice.
8.DOES Kyaikkhami Shop DISCLOSE INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM VISITORS TO THIRD PARTIES?
8.1 in our business operations we may need to process disclose your personal information and/or transfers to third-party service providers. agents and/or our affiliates or related companies and/or other third parties, which may be located in or outside of singapore; for the purposes specified in clause 6.1 above. for one or more purposes, third-party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or our related companies and/or other third parties may process your personal data on our behalf or in any other way for the purposes set out in clause 6.1 above for one or more purposes. collection, use, disclosure and store your personal data only as long as your personal data is necessary for the purposes set forth in clause 6.1 above, such third parties include, but are not limited to:

(b) buyers or sellers you have transacted or have contacted through the platform or regarding the use of our services for the purposes stated above;
(c) another user of the web platform for the purposes specified in clause 6.1 above for one or more purposes.
(d) contractors, agents; we use to support our business, service providers, service providers, and other third parties that we use to support our business. these individuals include, but are not limited to, those mentioned above who provide management services or provide other services such as mailing companies. logistics service companies, financial services companies advertising & marketing partners telecommunications services company information technology services & data centers
(e) Government agencies and regulators who have regulatory control over Kyaikkhami Shop or as permitted as specified in Clause 6.2.
(f) Buyers Transferee or successor in case of merger Withdraw capital, restructure, reorganize, dissolution, or sell or transfer some or all of Kyaikkhami Shop's assets, whether it be ongoing operations or as part of bankruptcy. 8.5 As defined in Kyaikkhami Shop's terms of service, any user (including any employee, agent, representative or other person acting for that user or on behalf of that user) who possesses the personal data of another "user" through the use of our Services (the "Receiver") recognizes and agrees that those users (i) must comply with all applicable personal data protection laws regarding that information, including the collection, processing, processing, and processing of the User. Any transaction without the prior written consent of the buyer and Shope(ii) shall not contact the Buyer by using those personal information of the Buyer outside the Shope Platform. Without the prior written consent of the Buyer and Shope, (iv) sufficient security measures must be required to protect the personal data of each user of Shope in their possession, and that personal data must be stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes specified in this clause and shall comply with applicable personal data protection laws. This personal information must also be deleted or returned to Shope. Upon request from Kyaikkhami Shop or as soon as possible, once the transaction is completed, and (v) shall be notified. Kyaikkhami Shop Personal Data Protection Officer dpo.th@Kyaikkhami Shop.com in case there are reasonable grounds for suspected personal data breach or loss of personal data of that user.
9. children's information
This service is not intended for children under the age of 13, we do not collect or retain any personal or non-personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 or arrange for any part of our Platform or other services to be shown to children under 13 years of age. We ask individuals who are parents or legal guardians. Please ensure that children under your custody do not hand over personal information to Kyaikkhami Shop, but in the event that the personal data of a child under the age of 13 under your custody is handed over to Shope, you consent to us possessing it and you accept and agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Privacy Policy on behalf of that child. However, we will close the account used by the child and will withdraw and/or delete any personal data which we believe was sent from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the parent or legal guardian.
10.Information Collected by Third Parties
10.1 Our platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Use cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, to help the web platform analyze how users use them. The information generated by cookies regarding web platform usage (including your IP address) is transmitted and stored on servers by Google in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate web platform usage, collect reports on web platform activity for web platform providers, and provide other services related to web platform activity and Internet use.
10.2 We and third parties may provide occasional downloads of software applications so that you can use the Services or use them through the Services. Third-party products or services provided through these applications are not products or services of Kyaikkhami Shop or Kyaikkhami Shop are not regulated.
11. disclaimer of security and third-party platforms
11.1 we do not warrant that the personal and/or other information you provide to third-party platforms will be secure. we implement security measures to secure your personal data in our possession or control. user personal information is stored on a secure network and can only be accessed by a limited number of employees. this will be a privileged person to access such systems and must protect confidential personal information. when you place an order or access your personal information, you can use the order
11.2 in an effort to increase your benefits we may choose third-party web platforms to link or install within the platform. to offer ecommerce transactions and/or other services and features to visitors. these linked platforms have independent separate privacy policies and security arrangements, even if third parties are associated with us. but we do not have the right to control these linked platforms, as each platform has separate privacy and data collection practices independent of us. information collected from partners branded with us or third-party web platforms (although presented on or through our web platforms) may not be obtained from us.
11.3 therefore, we are not responsible or liable for the content. security management (or unsecurity) and activities of these linked platforms these linked platforms are for your convenience and let you access them at your own risk. however, we want to protect the integrity of the platform and the links in each of our platforms and hear feedback on these linked platforms (including but not limited to if specific links don't work).
12.WILL Kyaikkhami Shop TRANSFER YOUR DATA ABROAD?
Your personal information and/or information may be transferred. Store or process externally for one or more purposes as specified in Clause 6.1 above. Your personal data will be processed in Singapore. Where our servers are located, Kyaikkhami Shop only transfers your data abroad in accordance with personal data protection laws.

13.1 withdrawal of consent
13.1.1 you may withdraw your consent regarding the collection, use and/or disclosure and/or deletion of your personal data in our possession or control. by sending an e-mail to our personal data protection officer, according to the email address shop@Kyaikkhami.com, and we will consider your consent withdrawal request in accordance with the conditions set out in this privacy policy and the personal data protection act and other applicable laws. however, withdrawing your consent may prevent us from continuing to provide services to you. we may therefore have to terminate our existing relationship and/or the contract you have with us.
13.1.2 When you have shared YouTube content, in addition to requesting to withdraw your consent by sending an email as defined in section 13.1.1, you may revoke access to Kyaikkhami Shop's personal information through the Google Security Settings page.
13.2 requesting access to or correction of personal information
13.2.1 if you have an account with us, you may manually access and/or modify your personal data in our possession or control through the account settings page located on the platform. if you do not have an account with us, you may access and/or amend your personal data currently in our possession or control by submitting a written request to us. however, this is we must obtain sufficient information from you to determine your identity and the nature of your request so that we can handle your request. therefore, please submit your written request by sending an email to the personal data protection officer at shop@Kyaikkhami.com.
13.2.2 for requests to access personal data; once we have enough of your information to process it, we will be able to do so. we will provide you with relevant personal information within 30 days (or if you are staying in Myanmar, it will take 21 days). if we are unable to respond to your request within these 30 days (or if you are residing in Myanmar, it will take 21 days), we will notify you about the earliest possible amount of time we can provide you with the information you request. please note that personal data protection laws may exempt certain types of personal data from your access requests.
13.2.3 for requests to correct personal information; once we have enough information to process, we will:
(a) correct your personal data within 30 days (or if you are residing in Myanmar, it will take 21 days). if we do not resolve it within that period, we will notify you about the earliest corrective action period. remember that personal data protection laws may exempt certain types of personal data from requests for correction, as well as specify when they need to be resolved from us in (various) circumstances. even if you requested it, and...
(b) we will send the modified personal data to all organizations to which we disclose personal data within a period of one year prior to the date of correction, unless the organization does not require the modified personal data for legal or business purposes.
13.2.4 without considering the sub-paragraph (b) above if you request, we may send the modified personal information to a particular organization to which we disclose personal information. within one year prior to the date of correction
13.2.5 to the extent permitted by law, we may charge reasonable fees for processing and managing your request to access personal data. if we choose to charge a fee, we will provide you with an estimated fee in writing. please note that we do not need to respond or take any action. per request for access to your data unless you agree to pay a fee.
